The Nerds 4 Hire owners originally worked at one of the largest Internet service providers located in Toronto Ontario, providing technical phone support to hundreds of clients.

There was growing demand from consumers, and businesses for computer technicians to come out to their location(onsite), and the owners of Nerds 4 Hire recognized this need, and Nerds 4 Hire was born.
