*Remote Support rate:
$100.00 for first hour, $75.00 per/hr for each additional hour.
Definition: A technician fixes your computer issue over the internet.
*Drop-off rate:
Flat rate pricing, please call for rates.
Definition: You bring your computer to our location.
*Standard On-site rate:
$125.00 per/hr (plus tax), $100.00 per/hr for each additional hour.
Definition: A technician comes to your location.
*Emergency On-site rate:
$190.00 for the first hour, and $125.00 per/hr for every additional hour (plus tax).
Definition: On-site requested within a 4 hour period.
*All rates are billed at a minimum of 1hour increments, and all services are quoted before any work is done*
