When my 85 year old Mother’s computer went down after downloading Microsoft 10, we were at a loss. After hours of troubleshooting, my Husband researched local IT companies and Nerds 4 Hire Inc. popped up! We spoke with Ryan and arranged to meet with him at my Mom’s.
Ryan . . . turns out. . . is Superman!
We spent the next hour watching him work, while he remained personable, polite and professional. He lightened the mood and answered all of our silly questions and put my Mom and I at great ease! Ryan did save the day and my Mom has been returned to enjoying her computer once again.
Ryan invoiced us and we were pleasantly surprised at how fair he was. Thank you Ryan!
